HOW BIG IS YOUR IN HOUSE STOCK?

Due to the fact that we are such a small workshop, we only stock the bare essentials (inner tubes and cabling etc). Therefore, clients who require additional / replacements parts then these will need to be ordered in via our third party suppliers.

HOW LONG DOES YOUR REPAIR SERVICE TAKE?

Most services packages are completed within 2/3 days of drop off. However, bikes that require replacement parts to be ordered in may take longer subject to supplier / part availability.

DO YOU PROVIDE INSURANCE DAMAGE ASSESSMENTS?

We know that despite our best efforts, sometimes accidents happen. So if you are unfortunate enough to have damaged your steed then get in touch and we would be happy to make a formal written assessment of the damage that can then be sent over to your insurance broker for review.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We want our payment methods to be as flexible as we are so that's why we accept cash, card or bank transfer.

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR REPLACEMENT PARTS FROM?

We have large access into third party supplier and LBS. However, more recently we revert to our online suppliers who provide some great deals which are then passed onto the customer. Why? Simply to keep you moving!

DO YOU BUILD BIKES OR CARRY OUT INITIAL SAFETY CHECKS?

Of course we do. From bikes delivered in boxes to custom bike builds we do it all. If however, you don't find what your are looking for then feel free to reach out to us on our Whats App number.
