We will always look to confirm an appointment with you first before visiting our workshop. In addition, all bikes that come into the workshop are safety checked first and no work is undertaken on any steed until you give us the go ahead first. Finally, all bikes need to be dropped off in a clean usuable state. Additional charges maybe applied if we are unabale to diagnose the issues on your steed due to excessive mud, dirt etc.
